2. Impact of construction site environment. When aluminum scaffolding is used more frequently on construction sites, it will have a high degree of wear and rust easily, resulting in a great loss of service life.
3. Differences in surface treatment. There are 4 kinds of scaffold surface treatment: paint, hot-dip galvanizing, cold dip galvanizing，and double-dip galvanizing. At present, the best way to prevent rust is hot-dip galvanizing, which can cost relatively high.
1. A special person shall be assigned to patrol the scaffold every day to check whether the upright pole and base plate are sinking or loose, whether all fasteners of the aluminum scaffold are sliding or loose, and whether all components of the scaffold are complete.
2. Do a good job in the drainage of the aluminum scaffolding foundation. After the rain, the scaffold foundation shall be comprehensively inspected. It is strictly forbidden to sink due to water accumulation on the scaffold base.
3. The construction load of the operation layer shall not exceed 270Kg/m², the cross bar support, cable and wind rope shall not be fixed on the aluminum scaffolding, and it is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects on the scaffold.
4. No one is allowed to dismantle any part of the aluminum scaffolding.
5. In case of the gale, fog, heavy rain and snow above level 6, the scaffold operation shall be suspended, and the operation can be continued only after no problem is found before returning to work.
